Returns & Exchanges Policy

WHAT IS GREEN APPLE'S RETURN POLICY?

Quality is very important to us. If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back! you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Items marked for Final Sale cannot be returned.

Green Apple will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the delivering date. Then, allow 24-48 business hours to process the RMA after you send in your request. 

We support our customers with a 100% guarantee program, we offer free shipping and free product consultation. If you’re not happy with our product, we will gladly replace them or issue a credit or a refund. Please send us an email info@greenappleactive.com

Most returns are processed within ten business days of receipt in our distribution center. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you.
Return Policy:

    • returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
    • all merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
    • all hangtags must be attached to the garment
    • all garments are subject to inspection
    • We have a simple $5.95 postage fee which will be duducted from your original final invoice or payment so you have nothing to worry about during the process.
    • No Free returns. Only Free Exchanges on all items but Clearance.
    • Please note that items on clearance can’t be refunded. Only exchanges.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and ready for exchange.

      • Green Apple Active will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
      • Green Apple Active will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns with tracking.
      • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

       
      Shipping Method:
      To return Green Apple merchandise for credit or exchange, we prefer that you send us an email to info@greenappleactive.com to obtain a Return Authorization number, or click here to request one. PLS ALLOW 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST FOR RMA. Pack all items in a secure carton or be eco-friendly & reuse the original packaging and enclose the RA number with the merchandise. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN R.A.
      You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

      HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
      If you received a gift from our website, you may return/exchange it us. A Green Apple gift card will be issued for the amount of the item(s) and mailed to you.
      The original order number is required to process the return. If you need assistance obtaining this information, please contact us info@greenappleactive.com. Please have the gift givers full name and address information handy. We will provide you with a gift return form to enclose with your package if you do not have the original packing slip.
