Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back!

Our Policy:

    • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
    • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
    • All hangtags must be attached to the garment.
    • All garments are subject to inspection upon arrival.
    • Exchanges are free. Returns are subject to a $5.95 shipping fee which will be deducted from your final payment.
    • Clearance items are not eligible for returns. They are eligible for exchanges, but a $5.95 shipping fee will apply.
    • Allow 10 business days for full processing of your return/exchange after we have received your package.
    • An email will be sent notifying you that your return/exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. 
    • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to you. 
    • If you are returning a gift, we will issue you an e-gift card in the amount of returned merchandise. The original order number is required to process the return. If you need assistance obtaining this information, please contact us Please have the gift giver's full name and address information. We will provide you with a gift return form to enclose with your package if you do not have the original packing slip.

    • Upon approval of your return request. We'll send you an email with your  return shipping label via email with no charge. Please allow 24-48hrs for us to process your request.
    • We will send your return shipping label via email. (Please note $5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping fees)
    •  When we receive your package we’ll refund you within seven business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
